Shipping policy

We can arrange shipping for your order and include the shipping cost on your invoice, or you're welcome to organise your own courier.

We have long-standing relationships with trusted freight partners who have been transporting our products for many years. They are experienced in handling our range and offer insurance cover for goods in transit, providing added peace of mind.

If you choose to use our recommended freight partners, shipping costs are payable directly to the courier, either via EFT or Cash on Delivery (COD).

You're also welcome to use a courier of your choice. Please note that once your order has been collected, Pennylane cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend arranging appropriate transit insurance with your chosen courier.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
